nation may nominate one international judge for the competition. The judge shall be a guest of the Organizing
Committee. The panel of judge shall consist of 7 judges for the “senior” and
“junior” levels, and 5 judges for all other levels. The draw for the Judges Panels shall held on the occasion of the first Judges Meeting. DANCE

original dance 0.6 GROUPS Each group must consist of least 8 athletes for
each team. Each athlete may partecipate to and compete for
just one group. GROUP LEVELS AND PERFORMANCE TIMES There is no age limit and skaters of both sexes
are allowed. The performance time for each group may between
2’30’’ and 4’. TECHNICAL
REGULATIONS TIMES It is allowed to take
onto the ice rink or close to it paper, cardboard, fabric, rope, wooden, iran or
such objects that are strictly necessary to the performance, as long as they are
brought in by the skaters and that their dimensions do not exceed 20 sq. Meters. Such objects shall be cheched by themembers of
the Complait Commission before the performance. It is absolutely prohibited to
take use of chemical smoke-producers or of any harmful material, whichever its
nature. There shall be a penality for the team which
should not keep to the above-mentioned regulation. The Judges Panel shall not, when voting for
artistic credit, take into account such objects, since they are part of a
choreographic setup for which no credit is provided for. If a group should have to stop its performance
due to force majeure. It shall be allowed to repeat the whole performance,
whichver span of time shall have elapsed at time of suspension. The teams shall have to provide two copies of
the performance soundtrack. JUDGES
PANEL For this sporting event a panel of 5 judges
shall be appoint and they shall have to vote comprehensively and not
analitically. Judgements shall have to be based upon the
evaluation of each group as a whole, disregarding any possible individual
difficulty. The standings shall be drawn up by the ranking
system. SCORES Each judge shall have two boards for voting: the
first one with digits from 0 to 6 for integers and the second one with digits
from 0 to 9 for decimals. The score shall be one. PENALITIES a)
Who exceeds or stays behind the minimun
perforamnce time by 15 seconds, shall be penalized By 1 point for each one of
judges. b)
Who shall make use of chemical smoke-producers
or of harmful materials (except dry ice), shall be penalized by 2 point for each
one of judges. c)
Who shall make use of objects exceeding the size
permilted by these regulations, shall be penalized by 1 point and a half for
each one of the judges. d)
If the object shall have beentaken onto the ice
rink by someone different from the performing skaters, the group shall be
penalized by 1 point for each one of the judges. e)
The non-mention of a coalition whith another
team shall result into aq disqualilication.
